Here at CrazyGamer we aim to dispatch any order placed before 4pm (Monday-Friday) the very same day!

 

Our standard delivery service used is Royal Mail 24 hour fully tracked post! 

-Items from the computing section are shipped using DPD direct from our suppliers warehouse

-Standard Post and packaging charge of £4.99 for all orders below £100

(check our coupons page for a lower free shipping threshold in certain categories)

 

All orders over £100 are delivered FREE!!

We currently only offer UK domestic deliveries, international orders are not accepted at this present time. Apologies for any inconvenience, we hope to be able to offer international delivery in the near future.

 

Returns Policy

Our Simple and Stress free returns process...

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply get in touch and let us know you wish to return the item(s) and then post the item(s) back to us within 14 days of purchase date. Our simple returns process is powered by Royal Mails Returns Service. Simply navigate to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return to bring up the royal mails returns portal on your device and locate crazygamer using the search function, you can then print off a 48 hour tracked label and take your item to your nearest post office, simples!*

Remember to include your order number when returning item(s)

 

Item(s) must be returned in original packaging if new item(s).

*Unless you are returning the item due to an error on our part we ask that you as the buyer pay the return postage for returning any item(s) this is deducted from refunds at a charge of £4 once your item arrives. 

 

We use Royal Mail or reputable couriers to deliver our items, as a result we bare no liability for supplementary costs caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order. We ship items based on the assumption you have provided the correct address details and will be available to receive your order. If your item is returned to us as undeliverable or not collected after a failed delivery attempt you will be asked to pay for shipping again if you still want your order (this actually happens!)

 

 

For used video games we only accept returns if the security tab hasn't been broken, this tab will cover the opening end of the games packaging.

 

Used games consoles can be returned within the first 14 days for a full refund. If a used console develops a fault within 12 months of purchase date but after the first 14 days we will either repair/replace/refund the console. We will refund only if a repair option or speedy replacement is not available within a week of receiving your console back. Used consoles are well tested before we purchase them but sometimes items may fail from age or general wear and tear after testing, we won't leave you without a console for long if you have any issues.

All refunds for items returned are usually processed within 24 hours but it may take upto 5 working days for this to reflect back in your account/card statement. For console returns that we have decided to refund rather than repairing/replacing; the refund will be processed and then we will contact you to let you know. Please note returns may be declined if tampering to the console is suspected ie tamper proof manufacturers/repair warranty label is damaged.

CrazyFest Physical Tickets

CrazyFest Physical tickets are produced in house and will ship within a few days of your purchase, please let us know if you find your ticket has not arrived after 7 days. You will also receive your QR code instantly via email (1 per ticket) so you can still enter the event with or without your physical ticket!  

Cancellation

You may cancel/amend an order before it is dispatched, to cancel an order that has not been dispatched simply contact us the same day before 2pm. For orders already dispatched please see our returns policy above.

Fest Ticket Cancellations

Once issued, your QR code can be cancelled and a fresh ticket can be generated for another guest. If you find you are no longer able to attend the event simply reach out to discuss your cancellation.

We will not be able to accept cancellation requests within 28 days of the event, however, your ticket can be used or even reissued to another person with a fresh QR code by request via email. We are happy to help facilitate "customer to customer" ticket resales between 30/06/2023 and 28/07/2023

Any cancellation request must be sent from the email address linked to your crazygamer account used to purchase the ticket(s). 

The original ticket(s) will then be invalidated, allowing customer to be refunded. 

Fest ticket cancellation will result in a full refund, however, if you chose and had a physical ticket posted out we will deduct £2 from each cancelled ticket (this covers our costs of printing/shipping the tickets)

In the unlikely event of a cancelled fest - ticket holders will be reimbursed in full to the original payment method.
