Orders placed before 4pm from Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day, so you're never far from your next gaming adventure. We primarily use Royal Mail's 24-hour fully tracked service to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery. For computing items, we ship directly from our supplier via DPD.
Our shipping fee is a flat rate of £4.99 for orders under £100. But remember, orders over £100 come with the added bonus of free delivery! Currently, we're focused on delighting our customers within the UK, but stay tuned for international delivery options in the future.

Returns Policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, let us know! You can return your item(s) within 14 days. Our hassle-free returns are powered by Royal Mail's Returns Service. Just don't forget to include your order number!
Please note, a small fee of £4 for return postage will be deducted from your refund unless the error was on our part. While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for issues related to incorrect address information or if you're unavailable to receive the delivery. Sealed collectible products: Certain items we sell, including sealed trading card products and booster boxes, are collectible goods where integrity depends on the original factory seal. Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging or shrink wrap (such as small tears, creases, or handling marks) do not constitute a fault where the seal remains intact.
Where a fault is alleged with a sealed collectible product, the item may be requested for inspection. Submission for inspection does not constitute acceptance of a return or authorisation of a refund. Refunds are issued only where inspection confirms a genuine fault affecting the product itself and confirms the item remains unopened, untampered, and matches the original product supplied.
Important: Please note that all pre-orders are final and exempt from return or cancellation. This policy ensures fairness to all customers and helps prevent bulk purchasing for resale, which could disrupt stock availability and pricing for other buyers.
